To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date.
• Jewelry must be in its original, unworn condition.
• Items must include original packaging, certificates, and any accompanying materials.
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, misuse, or alteration will not be accepted.
• Resized, customized, engraved, or otherwise altered jewelry is final sale and cannot be returned.
• Returns requested after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Please securely package all return items to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using insured and trackable shipping for all returns.
