Insured Shipping Policy

All orders are fully insured during transit for your protection.

Due to the value of our jewelry, all packages will require an adult signature upon delivery. This helps ensure your order arrives safely and securely.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and that someone is available to sign for the package. We are not responsible for delays caused by missed delivery attempts or incorrect shipping information.

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or an undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.

Once a package is marked as delivered and signed for, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
