Because many of our pieces feature natural gemstones, slight variations in color, inclusions, and appearance may occur. Screen settings and lighting may also affect how colors appear online.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product descriptions, or other inaccuracies at any time.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory errors, or incorrect pricing.

Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.

Shipping

All orders are shipped fully insured. Signature confirmation is required upon delivery for all packages.

Once a package has been marked as delivered and signed for, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition with all packaging and documentation included.

Returns will not be accepted for:

Items returned after 30 days
Worn jewelry
Resized, altered, engraved, or customized items
Final sale items

Ring Sizing and Alterations

Please verify sizing before purchasing. Ziva Grace Jewelry Co. is not responsible for incorrect ring size selection. Any resized or altered jewelry is considered final sale.
